- The approximate date and time of the issue.
- A screenshot, when it does not expose information you should not share.
Account and access issues
Role permissions and store assignments are managed by Sandia Oil administrators. Support can verify the account and route an access request to the appropriate administrator. Never send a password or verification code by email.
Service availability
When reporting an outage, note whether the issue affects the mobile app, the web app, or both. If the device was offline, reconnect and retry before reporting the issue so the recovery behavior can be identified.
